Species seen from 11/16 to 11/22/09~56 
 
Fifty-six species were found along the trail this week, compared to 54 in 2008 and 45 in 2007.  Worth noting were a Merlin seen by the Tuesday group south of Bridge Bd., 5 species of doves, a lingering Ash-throated Flycatcher at Rio Rico, many Hermit Thrushes along Santa Gertrudis Lane, and Canyon Towhees and Red-naped Sapsuckers were seen with a degree of regularity
